How our
fundraiser program works
The first step is to pick
the items you want to include in your custom
fundraiser. The items you can choose include
but are not limited to pajamas, t-shirts, sweatshirts and
sweatpants, water bottles and mouse pads.
Including items with
high, medium and low prices can help increase
your fund raiser's success.
After you pick the items, it is time to to
meet with our art department. You can use an
existing logo or our art department can help
you create logos. We then work with you to
match the logo to the items.
Our art department will then create a flyer
for you with images of the items you chose and
the logos you wanted on the items
After approving the flyer you
will be told what each item will cost you.
Since you can then set the price you will
charge you will know how much you will make on
each item. We can assist you with setting your
price based on what previous organizations
have charged for similar items and suggested
retail prices.
Next, after everything is
approved by you, we will provide you with a
color flyer to make copies of and distribute.
The flyer will contain all the
information needed for people to order (price,
size, quantity, etc). One reason our program
is a little different is that we allow for
your customer to individually personalize the
item they purchase for an additional fee to
them. For and additional charge we can provide
you with the color copies of the flyers.
After you have your flyers,
you can begin distributing them. We would
welcome the opportunity to give suggestions on
ways to promote your fundraiser to help
increase your sales.
You can be paid by your customer when you
collect their order form. You then pay us. As
a result, you do not have to wait to realize
your profit.
Each customer’s order is processed and
individually packed with a copy of the
submitted form. Any problems and your customer
can contact us directly.
Once you have place your first
order and we see well of each item on the
brochure sold we would welcome that
opportunity to discuss an online store for
your fundraiser so people with have the option
to order from you online.
The initial cost to your
organization is $200. This payment covers
most of the additional costs normally
added to fundraiser. Things like screen
charges and setup fees. This payment can be
built into your price to your customer. Keep
in mind that you do not have a minimum
quantity to order upfront. Many tshirt
fundraisers require you to lay out THOUSANDS
OF DOLLARS up front therefore increasing your
risk. we do not require minimum orders. If you
only sell one item we will provide the one
item.
