M&N Screen Printing is now the proud owner of a sublimation printer that enables us to produce stand-out prints, 3D objects and tees. We are very excited about the quality of prints that are now possible with this new technology.

With dye sublimation, gaseous dyes are impregnated right into the printed materials. So the process yields a distinctly new look. Sublimation can be used for printing on virtually any porous surfaces from fabrics and clothing to ceramics as well as paper signs and posters. We can print more than 300 different items. Like screen printing, sublimation can yield the full spectrum of 16M colors in a four-color process. Yet rather than black as the fourth color, sublimation uses a clear protective overlay.
